Did you know that you can look 10 lbs. thinner by simply dressing yourself? Everyone has a particular body type that they can relate to. Learning the basic rules for your body type will help you dress better, look taller and thinner just by applying them. Ask yourself these questions: Where do I gain weight first? What area of my body is the widest? What are my basic measurements (hips, bust, height)? Also measure your arm length from shoulder to wrist and your leg length from top of the thigh to knee and knee to ankle.
