Everything But High-Heeled Clogs
For me, style is all about finding your true voice and using clothes and accessories as a platform to best tell the world the kind of person you are and aspire to be. I find that it's difficult to relate to the typical genres that the industry uses to categorize people. Some days I feel that I'm a classic Katherine Hepburn in my wide-leg jeans and a tucked in silk, camel blouse; other days, I'm channeling a struggling artist in 1990s SoHo, complete with black motorcycle boots and round, Lennon-style sunglasses. How am I to define 26 years of department store duds, sample sales, bargain bins, flea market finds, and the occasional buyer's remorse? It's simple—I can't. Style is ever-evolving and it's best to embrace more and reject less. With that motto in my life, there's not much I'll turn away.
