Heavy Metal: Studs, metallic, chains and tassels. If it is shining, you will find it this season. Shoes, handbags, dresses, necklaces and earrings are all bedazzled in metal. Get the look for less: Rock N Roll Hobo (right) by Jessica Simpson. Neon: Louis Vuitton started this craze when they introduced Marc Jacobs' handbag and shoe designs that were screaming neon in late 2008. Ruffles, Sheer and Lace: This is the season of the hopeless romantics. Shimmery, sexy and shiny flowing freely in the spring air. Textures and textiles alike this season's looks are gorgeous.
