Happy New Year everyone! I hope that you all had a very safe and festive evening full of fun and resolutions. Since the majority of us make some sort of health resolution, I am going to dedicate this week to health starting with some easy ways to eat better. Previously I had posted "You Are What You Eat: If you can't read it, don't eat it". That still holds true of course but in addition to that, these are easy integrations to any diet that will help you stay healthy and trim.
* No MSG (monosodium glutamate)
* No modified ingredients (modified corn starch etc.)
* No high-fructose corn syrup
* No partially hydrogenated oils
* No trans fats
