Color is all the rage this fall and here are a few of my favorites.
Add a shirt over a dress and belt at the waist.
Pull a short skirt over a dress and accent with a complimentary colored earring.
Add color to your life with fresh flowers with a combination of multiple colors.
Color shadow and bright powdered shadows are all the rage like this liquid shadow from LA Splash. You can also choose a colored mascara to accentuate your eye color. 
Add color to your hair with light catching color extensions that add a touch of shimmer to your tresses.
Nail and Lip Art:
Add some glam to your lips from Violent Lips with their temporary tattoos.
Check out the nail art from Sephora. You can add Crackle, Gems or patterns to make your statement without saying a word. 
Choose a loud tank or undershirt to peek through your jacket. Bright shoes are also a great way to brighten up neutrals.
