Fashion Friday: The Royal Wedding

What better way to begin Fashion Friday than with royalty? It is only one hour away and counting...I couldn't wait to see this wedding as I was four years old when Princess Di got married.
For anyone who has had the experience of planning a wedding, you all know what it is like to have to create a guest list that won't offend. Can you imagine what this must have been like? They have every member of all foreign families, Dignitaries, Government, Parliament and yet somehow The Beckhams are included. I am glad I am not in charge of the list or head of security. The entire world is watching, hoping and sending their good wishes while Prince William and Catherine Middleton unite.

Three things that I really care about:
Her dress
Her hair
Her make-up

Their Carriage:
According to the official Royal Wedding Website, "at the end of their wedding service at Westminster Abbey, Prince William and Miss Middleton will travel in the 1902 State Landau along the Processional Route to Buckingham Palace. In the event of severely wet weather, the couple will travel in The Glass Coach.

There will be five horse-drawn carriages in the Carriage Procession from Westminster Abbey to Buckingham Palace. The first carriage will be the 1902 State Landau or Glass Coach carrying the Bride and the Bridegroom. The second and third carriages will be Ascot Landaus carrying the Best Man, Maid of Honour and Bridesmaids. The fourth carriage will be a Semi-State Landau carrying The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh. The fifth carriage will be a Semi-State Landau carrying The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall and Mr and Mrs Middleton".

  1. Surely loved to see this post of fashionable royal wedding. I have suggested one of the outstanding San Francisco wedding venues to my sister for her spinster’s party next month. Have heard about the auspicious venues from my colleagues. She is also exploring them online and will finalize it soon.
